Welcome to my private studio!

Accessible to ALL instruments!

To join my studio, those interested will be expected to sign a:

• Student Information Form asking basic questions and contact information.
• Form of Acknowledgement explaining what private lessons entail, price/payment information, and scheduling information.
• Photo & Video Release form granting permission to feature photos and/or videos of the student on a studio bulletin board, website, social media, and/or promotional items. (This form is not required but simply serves as a permission slip to grant access to capturing photo/video.)

In addition, I will soon be posting a preference sheet of lesson time slots that will be available for completion in order to start lessons as soon as possible.

Lastly, students will be given a Weekly Practice Journal to document and assess growth.
